Filvent was established in 1991 with the business previously incorporated in the East Auto Group based in Witbank Mpumalanga.
With the East Auto Group selling out to Sparco Ltd the Rovos Air Cleaners product did not fit in with the automotive spares business which was bought out by Management and registered as the above.
